About SABCOR

The SABCOR Group was established in 2022 to stimulate and grow the bus market through the transformation of the SMME bus and coach industry in South Africa and to provide industry-related commercial products and services to the entire bus and coach industry i.e., established operators as well as SMME operators.

In order to achieve these goals, SABCOR introduced a unique industry-specific solution to generate increased bus sales and refurbishments as well as to transform the SMME bus and coach industry. Special attention has also been given to the nature and design of its package of commercial products and services, to ensure that the specific needs of all operators are adequately and appropriately addressed.

In line with our Vision, Mission and Company Values, SABCOR’s aim is to provide quality products and services to bus and coach operators.

In so doing we also ensure that the supplier network is well supported through networking opportunities with bus and coach operators.

SABCOR also strives to assist SMME bus and coach operators to improve their profitability and to grow and expand their businesses as this has been identified as a critical need within the industry.

SABCOR has the complete Value Chain Solution for the bus and coach industry as it includes all key stakeholders, including the passenger who is the most important stakeholder in the value chain. Without passengers, the bus industry cannot exist. Passengers therefore deserve to be transported safely and comfortably every time they embark on a journey by bus. In addition, the passenger is also entitled to being treated with dignity and respect by the bus driver who directly represents the Bus Operator’s Company.
